The Migratory Form FM3 is a No Inmigrant migratory form.
This Migratory Form allows you to stay legally in Mexico for one year, extended until 4 times, each one for the same lapse. Whit this form you have the right to leave and enter the country several times.
Whit this form you can bring into mexico one foreing car, and keep it for the long of yours staying. Whit this form you can open a account in Mexico.
There are several migratory Status on this form. Like, Rentist, Investor, Professional, trust employee, Scientific, Technician, Relative dependent or foreigner or Mexican, artist o sportman/woman, Asimilado. Minister or cult or religious, Student, corresponsal, visiting Advisor. Visiting observer human rights.
The Migratory Form FM2 is a Inmigrant migratory form.
You could get this form if you have the purpose to settle in mexico. and it allows you to stay legally in mexico for one year, extended until for times, each one for the same lapse, and after the 5 year completed you could apply for your permanent residence. Whit this form you can be out the country 18 months maximum on the period of the 5 years.
Whit this form you can bring or keep your foreing car if you have the migratory status call "Rentist".
